Ice Wolves Alumnist Returns to Lead the Pack

The La Ronge Ice Wolves are proud to announce that former Ice Wolf, Evan Vossen has been named the new Head Coach/GM for the La Ronge Ice Wolves.

Evan, who originally hails from Swift Current, played for the Wolves from 2004-2007.  He went on to captain the McGill Redmen to their first ever CIS championship in 2012 (and scored the winning goal to boot.)

After his tenure with McGill, he played for the Utah Grizzlies, Missouri Mavericks and Indy Fuel in the ECHL.

In 3 season with the Wolves, Evan put up 49 goals, 47 assists and 99 pims in 158 games.

The Ice Wolves organization and fans welcome Evan and his wife, Rachel to our community.
