Ice Wolves Acquire Gritty Forward from Grande Prairie

The La Ronge Ice Wolves would like to announce the acquistion of 96 forward, Toby Shattler.

The 6’0″ 190lb power forward Fort McMurray native played with the Grande Prairie Storm.  Toby accumulated 6 goals, 15 assists and 95 penalty minutes in 2013/14.

“Toby is a competitor and after last season we identified that a lack of competitive spirit hindered us late in the year.”, says Head Coach and GM, Shawn Martin.  “I have been able to watch Toby develop over the past three years and feel that even at the age of 18, he can help us night in and night out.  Toby is an exciting player to watch and he is very excited to become an Ice Wolf.”
