Ice Wolves add Scoring Winger

The La Ronge Ice Wolves would like to announce the acquisition of 5’10” 184lb Braden Jakubowski (96) to the line-up. Braden played the last two seasons with the Drayton Valley Thunder of the AJHL where he put up 34 points and 145 pim in 83 games. Braden had a prolific Midget career where he scored 59 goals in 64 games with the Leduc Oil Kings.

“Braden is a natural goal scorer that also has a certain aggressiveness to his game, he’s a kid I have watched develop since bantam and believe with the right opportunity he can put up very good numbers in the SJHL”. quoted Head Coach and GM Shawn Martin.

The Ice Wolves organization is very excited to have Braden and his family join the Ice Wolf family. In exchange for Braden the Ice Wolves completed a deal that was made last season with the Grande Prairie Thunder.
