Ice Wolves Sign Son of Former NHL’er

TEAM PLEASED TO WELCOME BEN MANSON

 

The La Ronge Ice Wolves announced today that they have signed 18 year old defenceman Ben Manson.

The Prince Albert product spent last season playing Midget AA and Midget AAA in PA.

He’s the son of former NHL’er Dave Manson, who currently serves as an assistant coach with the Prince Albert Raiders. Dave spent 16 seasons in the as a defenseman in the NHL and is remembered for being solid in his own end, booming shot, and physical play.

Ben’s brother, Josh, plays in the NHL with the Anaheim Ducks. He came up through The Prince Albert Mintos, Canadian Junior A and NCAA.

The Ice Wolves would like to welcome Ben and his family to the organization.
