The La Ronge Ice Wolves continue to get set for the 2021-22 SJHL season.
The Ice Wolves are pleased to announce the signing of 2002-born defenceman Brady Stange.
“Things just clicked between me and Coach Kaminski and we started talking,” said Stange. “Now we’re here and I’m excited to see what happens for the upcoming year.”
The Red Deer, AB product spent the abbreviated 2020-21 season in the KIJHL with the Fernie Ghostriders. In just two games with Fernie, he recorded five points.
“Brady does everything very well – great character with a high compete level,” said Ice Wolves Head Coach and GM Kevin Kaminski. “He also brings high hockey IQ with excellent skills and skating.”
Meantime, the Ice Wolves will hold an identification camp in Saskatoon from Aug. 27-29. The cost to take part is $150 and the camp is open to 2001-06 born players.
