Regular Season Schedule Announced

The SJHL announced its regular season schedule this week.
The La Ronge Ice Wolves open the 2023-24 campaign Sept. 22 on the road in Melfort versus the Mustangs. La Ronge plays its home opener the next night against the Nipawin Hawks at the Mel Hegland Uniplex.
Every SJHL team will hit the ice 56 times throughout the upcoming season. The La Ronge Ice Wolves will play 26 games at the Mel Hegland Uniplex and 30 games on the road. La Ronge takes on Kindersley and Humboldt at the SJHL Showcase in Warman. The Ice Wolves host the Nipawin Hawks in Kinistino as part of the Hockey Day in Saskatchewan festivities Jan. 20.
Meantime, the Ice Wolves are slated to play six pre-season games this year. Training camp opens Sept. 5 in La Ronge.
