A big reason why was the play of goaltender Dawson Smith, who has earned his 2nd Sasktel Goalie of the Week honours. In three games played, the 19-year-old allowed just 3 goals, finishing the week with a 0.97 goals against average and was in between the pipes for both of La Ronge’s wins.
