Push for the Play Offs

The Ice Wolves have 4 games in 5 nights on the road beginning tonight in Melville. They will have Thursday off and then play in Yorkton Friday night, then back to Melville Saturday Evening, and finish the road trip on Sunday afternoon in Wilcox. Currently The La Ronge Ice Wolves are sitting in Third Place in the Sherwood Division and in Seventh Place overall. These are must win games for the club in order to secure a playoff spot. This season has been injury plagued and uncertain due to covid, but each hurdle the boys have met face on as a team and overcome everything meant to set them back. These 4 games in 5 nights will be no different. When speaking with the players many of them enjoy the weight of these games. They like how they have been overlooked by others and our fighting their way to security. There is a big gap between first place and last place in the league, but the middle of the pack is too close to comfort for some teams.
