Ice Wolves make trade with Bruins 

The La Ronge Ice Wolves completed a trade with the Estevan Bruins Monday night. 

The Ice Wolves sent 2004-born forward Raine Hodge to the Energy City in exchange for 2006-born goalie Eric Kahl, 2005-born defenceman Jesse Ivanovic and a player development fee.

Kahl, a Saskatoon product, has also spent time this season with the WHL’s Tri-City Americans and the Weyburn Red Wings. Ivanovic, a product of Kelowna, B.C., recorded one point and four penalty minutes in 21 games with Estevan this season. 

Hodge had 24 points in 32 games this season with the La Ronge Ice Wolves. 

Meantime, the Ice Wolves kick off a four-game road trip Tuesday night in Wilcox against the Notre Dame Hounds.
